The software is in the Planning phase, teams are creating a high-level plan or roadmap and then break the work into smaller, manageable pieces called user stories or tasks. Planning is an ongoing process during development and deployment, and priorities may change based on customer feedback and evolving requirements. In this phase development has not yet started.
